Next Friday, February 18th, is the official Australia and New Zealand Download Day of Hold It Against Me.
This is the day when the music video for Britney‘s first single from Femme Fatale is released to iTunes and bandit.fm. gimmeBRITNEY will join other Britney websites for this global event that takes place for fans in the US at 9:56pm EST (New York) on Thursday February 17th.
Fans from Australia and New Zealand will be able to purchase the music video from 2pm AEDST (Sydney) or 4pm in New Zealand off iTunes.
You can also still purchase the single on this day from any of our three supporting digital music outlets.

Online retailers in Australia are now taking pre-orders for Britney‘s upcoming album Femme Fatale.
The album will be released on Friday March 25th, and is (in her own words) “some of the best work I have ever done!”.
You can order your copy from JB HiFi Online, Sanity or Big W Entertainment.
No online retailer has listed the deluxe version yet – however this could be because pricing or more information on the release is not yet known.
EDIT: gB reader Joseph let us know that he tweeted Sanity and they told him that they were still waiting on confirmation of the deluxe edition in Australia, but they were pretty confident we’d get it. Our contact at Sony Music said that Australia would get the deluxe edition. I hate waiting…
